He started his first business at the age of 19 in a furniture industry. At the age of 24, he launched Doctor Work, aimed at the medical office sector, which made its first exit at the age of 26.

He worked for 10 years as an IT and Systems Manager in wholesale companies. At the age of 32, he launched PowerCity software for the management of city halls and public agencies. He made an early exit, selling the source code. He worked for 15 years as a Commercial Director in technology companies. At the age of 46, he created the first venture builder model in Brazil and launched FCJ Venture Builder.
